Christmas Tree Farm Outfit Inspiration

Christmas is just around the corner and the countdown for our annual Christmas Tree Farm minis has begun. So you have reserved your session time and now it is time to plan out your outfits. This can be the most stressful part of this entire process, but I promise it doesn’t have to be.

#1 Tip – The location for this particular session is at a Christmas tree farm which obviously has lots of greens which means when you are planning your outfits avoid bringing any more green otherwise you will blend into the trees.

#2 Tip – Coordinate your outfits but DO NOT MATCH. The days where everyone wears white shirts and jeans or black shirts with khakis are OVER. You want to infuse color and personality into your photos.

#3 Tip – Pick three colors and add in a neutral for your color scheme. Neutrals include colors like white, gray, khaki, tan, etc. (My favorite color combinations for Christmas photos are (Reds + Navy + Whites with Emerald) + (Maroons + Golds + Ivory) + (White + Gray + Reds/Maroon)
